Order acknowledgement policy
Please note that your order will become a legally binding contract upon despatch of your order.

Ashleigh & Burwood Ltd. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Ashleigh & Burwood Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
The contract between you and Ashleigh & Burwood Ltd will be completed on the despatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. The sale contract is therefore completed in England and is subject to English law.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Once you submit an order, we will immediately prepare all stock items for delivery. If you pre-ordered an item, we will prepare your order as soon as the item come into stock. You can cancel your order at any stage until delivery. Cancellations

Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Ashleigh & Burwood product(s), you have the right to return the goods to us within 30 calendar days of receipt. Carriage will be at your expense. You will be refunded to your credit card account, the full value of the returned goods. Shipping costs are not refundable. Damaged goods
Ashleigh & Burwood Ltd stands by the high quality of all its products. Each product will have been inspected prior to packing. In the unlikely event of a problem please contact us in the first instance on +44(0) 1932 267060.
Any errors or damage to goods in transit must be notified within 14 days of receipt of goods, or else a credit/refund cannot be issued.
Description of products
All details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Ashleigh & Burwood shop website are correct at the time of input. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

Despatch
We endeavour to despatch all goods (that were in stock at time of order being placed) within 24 business hours of receipt of payment by credit/debit card.
The goods shall be at the buyers risk after delivery.
All goods remain the property of Ashleigh & Burwood Ltd. until payment has been cleared in full by our bank.
Refusal of transaction
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from Ashleigh & Burwood websites, whether or not that product has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content; refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
